The Story Behind Luxyclad

Luxyclad was founded on a simple idea: architectural aluminum shouldn't force a choice between beauty and performance. We design and manufacture premium cladding, siding, and batten systems in St. Catharines, Ontario, home to our pioneering Vertical Powder Coating Line, one of the most advanced finishing processes in Canada.

Every panel starts as extruded aluminum, made from 70% recycled content. That aluminum then undergoes powder coating and precision dye sublimation to achieve the authentic look of natural wood, without the weight, cost, or upkeep. The result is a finish rated AAMA 2604/2605 for UV resistance and Class A for fire safety.
